Seagate
Firmware Engineer - January 2024 - Present
As a Firmware Engineer in Seagate's Research Group, I am currently working on designing novel and upcoming technologies related to mass-capacity memory devices and mass-capacity solid-state storage devices. I'm unfortunately not able to go into any more detail than that.
SSD Firmware Engineer - January 2022 - January 2024
As an SSD firmware engineer at Seagate, I wrote firmware and testing for enterprise-class SAS, SATA, and NVMe solid state devices, and performed characterization of NAND flash manufactured by a multitude of companies.
HDD Hardware Development Intern - May 2020 - January 2022
As an HDD Hardware Development Intern at Seagate, I worked on a number of projects, including updating a company-internal drive analysis program to include comprehensive NVMe device support, simulating hard drives within AnyLogic, and using a Monte Carlo simulation to make predictions regarding product lifecycles. These projects involved heavy use of C/C++, Java, and Visual Basic/R, respectively. -
TA Instruments, Electroforce
Research and Development Intern - June 2019 - December 2019
At TA Instruments, I designed and simulated a custom heatsink (using ANSYS and Solidworks) for a specialized type of linear motor. After that, I spent the remainder of my time at TA researching and developing a GUI-controlled program (using Python's Kivy GUI library) that is used to create samples for, train, and validate a Machine Learning model. To do this, I used Python's Tensorflow and Keras libraries, as well as a pre-trained VGG16 model. These models were used to successfully detect similar items from one another. TA Instruments is soon to file a provisional patent on this concept, on which I will be named as an inventor. -
Mathnasium
Math Tutor - June 2018 - December 2018
As a tutor, I worked with children ranging from preschool age to high school on how to excel in math. This entails teaching them about anything from basic addition to calculus and related concepts. -
The Home Depot
Retail Sales Associate - May 2017 - December 2018
I worked for two summers as a retail sales associate. During this time, I took the initiative to get trained and tested on all five of the lift machines used throughout the nationwide chain. Each machine required specialized training in order to receive certification. -

I traveled to Australia during the fall semester of 2019 with the team, where I drove the solar car across the Australian outback, from Darwin to Adelaide, in the Bridgestone 2019 World Solar Challenge. I am also the technical team lead, in charge of overseeing all computers and electronic test equipment, including building, updating, fixing, and purchasing items, as well as maintaining the team wiki. I also maintain contact with multiple Fortune 500 companies, in order to gain and retain their sponsorship. Be sure to look at the projects page for some pictures of the car. -
Alpha Theta Tau Professional Engineering Fraternity
Member and Co-Chair of Philanthropy Committee - September 2018 - Present
At Theta Tau, I am responsible for organizing events through which our fraternity can give back to the community. Some of these events are attending Feed My Starving Children, donating items to Goodwill, and raising money for different charitable organizations. -
FIRST Tech Challenge
Lead CAD and Design Specialist, Builder - 2014 - 2017
When I was part of FIRST Tech Challenge, I worked with a team to engineer and build a robot capable of performing pre-determined challenges in competition. I utilized Autodesk Inventor Pro CAD software for robot design. Our team robots advanced to the Super-Regional level of competition 3 years in a row and to the World level in 2017. -
